  You fill in a home through the wizard: address, layout, energy, outdoor space, price, photos and text. Publishing costs 15 credits per 60 days, and you see that amount before you confirm.

• Model value

  Request a model value for an address: a model's indication, with its range. Costs 10 credits. It is not a valuation report; a valuer makes those.

• Listing text by AI

  Have the listing text written from the features you filled in yourself, for 5 credits. The text is marked as AI-written, and the moment you edit it, it is yours.

• Nxt, the assistant

  Nxt explains what a screen does and answers questions about the home you are looking at. It is an AI, it does nothing on your behalf, and it says what it does not know.
