Packages and prices
You choose a package. You pay by direct debit and cancel at the end of any month. All prices exclude VAT.
The monthly price is fixed, even if you place fewer homes. Place more, and you pay per extra home.
Introductory rate: 50% off your subscription up to and including June 2027. Extra homes and extras are at the regular price.

What counts as a new home
A home counts in the month it first goes online at your office. While it stays online, it does not count again. If it comes back after 90 days offline, it counts as new again.
When you join for the first time, your existing homes don't count: what is online when you join and what goes online in the first 30 days after.
If you publish more new homes in a month than your package includes, you pay per extra home. A higher package starts at once, a lower package from the next month.

Extra homes and extra services are on your invoice for the month after. You see the price before you confirm.
Paying
A package with a monthly price is paid per calendar month in advance. When you join for the first time, the rest of that month is free and your first invoice arrives at the start of the next month. Extra homes, new homes on Start and extra services are on your invoice for the month after.
